Ανοιχτή ομιλία
Σας προσκαλούμε την Κυριακή 8 Δεκεμβρίου 2019, ώρα 11.15-12.00 να παρακολουθήσετε την ομιλία «Training mice and rats for procedures» στην οποία η Marie Erikkson, Researcher/Project leader, RISE Research Institutes of Sweden θα παρουσιάσει τις τεχνικές που βραβεύθηκαν με το FELASA 40th Anniversary Technical Award (2018). Η ομιλία διεξάγεται στο πλαίσιο του Σεμιναρίου “Εισαγωγή στην Τεχνολογία Ζώων Εργαστηρίου” που διοργανώνει η ΕΕΒΕΖΕ.

FGB Technician scholarships
The Fondazione Guido Bernardini is pleased to announce that in 2020 two Technician Scholarships will be offered.
FGB Technician Scholarships are designed to provide scientific/technical training to technicians involved in the care of animals used in biomedical research. They will be assigned to persons with at least two years of experience in laboratory animal care. The FGB scholarship is open to any technician from academia or industry with good knowledge of English who has demonstrated significant interest and capability in the field of laboratory animal science. The scholarships consist in complimentary registration to attend one of the 2020 FGB training courses listed below, run in a prestigious research facility; travel and accommodation will also be provided.
Applications must be accompanied by the following documents in English:
* a short statement from the responsible person of the laboratory animal facility explaining why the technician should receive the scholarship;
* CV of the candidate;
* an essay of up to 500 words describing his/her activities related to laboratory animals;
* a short statement as how the chosen training course will improve his/her skills and career goals;
* full contact details for the candidate;
* form “Information to participants contest pursuant to Art 13 REG. EUR. 679/2016 (GDPR)” completed and signed (contact the secretariat for the form)Selection Committee: The FGB Scientific Committee assesses the applications and selects the winner.
